We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Noble Community Medical Clinic.

Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative and clinical support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced family practice medical office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in handling administrative duties with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Front Office Duties:
    • Handle all administrative tasks in a timely manner, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
    • Perform eligibility checks prior to appointment dates and maintain accurate records.
    • Support front desk operations and provide exceptional patient care.
  • Back Office Responsibilities:
    • Vital sign patients and assist with blood draws.
    • Record results accurately in patient medical records.
    • Maintain high standards of infection control and patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant certification is required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
