Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of projects, focusing on Energy as a Service Monitoring-Based Commissioning (MBCx) program. As an MBCx Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception through closure. Your key objectives include ensuring efficient and effective project delivery within agreed budget, schedule, quality, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering teams to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate interactions between the M&V team and the MBCx team to focus engineering efforts on high-priority projects
- Organize monthly meetings and oversee report submissions
- Ensure timely client follow-up on action items
- Collaborate with clients and Bernhard engineers to implement recommendations
- Track current projects while supporting projections for future staffing needs
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and other resources to provide answers
- Work with clients to define project scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, and expectations for successful project delivery
- Set up and administer jobs, including closeout
- Develop internal work plans outlining revenue, hours budget, internal cost budget, travel budget, sub-consultant budget, and estimate reimbursable amounts
- Schedule project tasks and resources to meet the agreed-upon schedule within budget constraints
- Enter revenue and budget estimates into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to accurately reflect project execution
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure proper resource allocation based on established budgets and schedules
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and communicate effectively with team members throughout the project
- Continuously track and report project execution against budget in terms of schedule adherence, deliverables, cost, and revenue
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates during the project duration
- Participate in relevant professional organizations for networking and development opportunities
- Develop or improve processes and templates

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, or Energy sectors
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to use multiple software platforms, including financial software and project management software
- Effective working in a collaborative team environment

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
