We are looking for individuals with a strong background in concrete work, including building forms, placing rebar, and finishing concrete to meet project specifications.

As a Concrete Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, placing, and finishing concrete on various transportation infrastructure projects. Your role will involve ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and quality work on-site during concrete installation.
  • Build and set forms for concrete foundations, slabs, curbs, and other structures.
  • Place, tie, and secure rebar or other reinforcing materials as needed.
  • Safely operate tools and equipment to place and finish concrete, including screeds, trowels, and power tools.
  • Apply finishing techniques to achieve smooth, textured, or specified surfaces as required by the project.
  • Monitor the curing process and apply sealants or treatments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in concrete construction within commercial or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of building forms and placing rebar.
  • Proficient with finishing tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry standards for concrete placement and finishing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and meet the physical demands of the job.

Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly wage range between $45-$65 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
