Position: Pharmaceutical Rebate Operations Manager
Conduent is in search of a seasoned rebate operations expert to oversee the daily functions of a large-scale rebate team. The ideal candidate will support the Director of Rebate in client engagements and system enhancements. A successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
+ Overseeing ten (10) Government Health Services pharmacy client teams tasked with delivering rebate management solutions to state Medicaid clients, ensuring compliant and precise billing and collection of billions annually.
+ Cultivating relationships across client service teams to guarantee adherence to CMS (Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services) regulations and Conduent’s financial standards while aligning rebate service development priorities.
+ Managing the development, growth, and quality of rebate personnel, ensuring service delivery that enhances organizational resilience.
+ Providing expert knowledge on CMS rebate matters and staying informed on federal regulations and market trends.
+ Maintaining a robust professional network and representing the organization at industry conferences.
+ Engaging with clients regularly via phone or in-person, liaising with drug manufacturers, managing client relationships, and acting on behalf of state interests.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with relevant experience in reporting.
+ Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
+ Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a pharmaceutical drug rebate program in either government or private sectors.
+ Prior experience in Medicaid drug rebate dispute resolution between state entities and pharmaceutical companies.
+ Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data accurately.
+ 3-5 years of experience in staff management with a proven track record of overseeing various organizational levels.
+ Experience in the healthcare industry is essential.
+ Knowledge of Drams is preferred.
