  • Menu Planning: Plan, implement, and review all menus to ensure that they are appealing to our customers and meet the nutritional standards of our company.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, including proper receiving, storage, and preparation techniques.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, offer samples, and suggest products to enhance their dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and merchandising to ensure that we have the right products in stock at all times.
  • Expense Control: Control expenses and product quality to ensure that we are meeting our financial goals.
  • Employee Development: Promote employees to higher positions, ensure that employees are practicing proper technique in their work, and at times, terminate employees who are not meeting expectations.
  • Company Image: Promote the company image both internally to employees and externally to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in financial management and inventory control.
