Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy changes, transfers, and claims submissions.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
