Job Overview

Medical Temporaries, Inc. is in search of a qualified Phone Screener/Medical Front Desk Receptionist with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

This is a FULL TIME/TEMP TO HIRE role requiring availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

As a Phone Screener, your primary duties will include:

  • Managing the front desk and ensuring excellent patient service.
  • Adhering to all HIPAA regulations while providing care in an outpatient clinic environment.
  • Handling a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Directing calls to the appropriate personnel or addressing inquiries as needed.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • COVID vaccination with booster is mandatory.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Demonstrated reliability and capacity to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and consistent attendance.
Preferred Experience

While not required, experience in a gastroenterology clinic is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly wage of $16.00.
