Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
- Ensure compliance and proper file management by tracking transaction activities and submitting required documentation to the office broker.
- Communicate and follow up with sales staff, title/escrow agents, lenders, appraisers, contractors, and others to ensure timely closings.
- Review purchase and sale agreements, real estate forms, and contracts for accuracy, secure necessary approvals, and send to relevant parties.
- Support transactional processes by assisting agents, customers, lenders, and title companies with paperwork and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Schedule inspections and appraisals in a timely manner.
- Track and report repair progress to ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates to customers, lenders, agents, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by entering and updating customer information, ensuring records are current, including post-closing updates.
- Organize and maintain transaction files and assist in enhancing team office organization and logistics.
- Implement special projects as required by team leaders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Foster positive customer relationships through exceptional service and interactions.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar real estate role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to success.
- Comfortable with computers and software, including spreadsheets and CRM/database management (experience is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and a passion for checklists and thoroughness.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Service-driven with the ability to manage interactions with diverse personalities.
- Willing to assist wherever needed to support team success, demonstrating a "CAN and WILL DO" approach.
