Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Cambridge Real Estate Services. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nightly audit processing to balance the day's transactions
  • Collect and process credit card payments
  • Email guest folios and deliver additional amenities upon request
  • Disburse marketing materials and mail invoices to direct bill accounts
  • Set up the rooftop terrace and breakfast area for the start of each day
  • Enter guest reservations and respond to guest inquiries via email
  • Prepare daily room assignment and housekeeping reports
  • Check guests in and out and provide assistance with directions and other requests
  • Perform quality control checks to maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and be flexible with scheduling
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
