Warehouse Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at SPAR Group, Inc. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend all trainings and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Must comply with Dress Code, with the only permitted personal item in the work area being a clear water container
- Smart Phone is required to sign in and out for your shift (not allowed in warehouse)
- Ensure accurate processing of all merchandise to our stores and guests
- Reports to work on time and completes all job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
- Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
- Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 1yr prior warehouse or general labor experience a plus
- Experience working in a physically-demanding, fast-paced environment, carry up to 47lbs. and lift up to 60 lbs. on an infrequent basis
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a PLUS
- Able to operate computer or handheld device (training provided)
- Reliable, safe and a team player
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Access to reliable transportation for all required shifts
