About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Maintenance Professional to join our technical operations team at Fidelity Investments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our engineering staff to ensure seamless equipment operation and maximum facility uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain critical equipment serving data centers and offices, performing self-performed or vendor-performed maintenance as needed.
  • Coordinate or perform reactive maintenance and repairs in response to work orders.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure efficient maintenance schedules and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma, GED, trade school, or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of related facilities experience, with 2+ years in a mission-critical environment preferred.
  • Experience with Building Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Controls systems is essential.
  • Licensed in HVAC/Refrigeration or Electrical is a plus.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction documents, and O&M manuals.
  • Familiarity with computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CMMS, and BMS systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry standards, protocols, installations, and best practices.
