The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Efficiently managing your time to complete tasks.
  • Cleaning common areas, including kitchens, break rooms, restrooms, conference rooms, offices, hallways, and stairwells.
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds safely.
  • Working safely with cleaning supplies.
  • Operating basic cleaning equipment.
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Stocking restrooms and breakrooms with supplies.
  • Performing light dusting tasks.
  • Collecting and disposing of trash.
  • Ensuring all doors are locked after hours and when your shift has ended.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
