Job Summary

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with providing safe, age-appropriate care to patients by performing all exams provided by the department according to department procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with providing safe, age-appropriate care to patients by performing all exams provided by the department according to department procedures.
  • Perform a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in the utilization of equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment of diseases.
  • Set up equipment to provide imaging service and position patients for procedures.
  • Perform procedures in both the IR and vascular hybrid interventional procedural setting.
  • Verify patient ID using 2 patient identifiers, ie. Armband, DOB, verbal identification.
  • Verify front of patient chart for same/similar name sticker.
  • Verify Written Order and Consent, seeks clarification if order or consent unclear.
  • Use and understand preprocedural verification/time out form.
  • Understand and comply with site/side marking when indicated.
Requirements
  • Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiology Technology.
  • ARRT Radiography certification.
  • Basic Life Support or BLS certification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Interventional Special Procedures setting in either IR and/or vascular hybrid setting.
