Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at HealthCare Support. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, embolization, and tumor ablation.

Job Summary:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the interventional radiology suite, including the setup and operation of imaging equipment.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning, draping, and administering contrast media.
  • Assist the radiologist during procedures, including injecting contrast media, monitoring patient vital signs, and maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and angiography machines.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • ARRT (R) certification in Radiography or Interventional Radiography.
  • BLS certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

This position will be working in a hospital setting, with a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
