Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Nurse Case Manager to join our team in the Bozeman or Billings, MT area. As a Field Case Manager, you will be responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, working closely with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate injured/disabled individuals
  • Monitor progress and report results to employers and insurance carriers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana
  • Experience in case management of workers comp cases preferred
  • Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred
  • Skills required for success: organization and timeline adherence skills, PC and technology skills, communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Skilled at patient education
  • Valid driver's license and good driving history
