Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming inquiries from suppliers and clients
- Proficient in managing high volumes of international correspondence
- Strong familiarity with software applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience in transportation and logistics is advantageous
- Coordinating truck dispatches for equipment pickups
- Maintaining communication with suppliers and relaying information to clients
- Creating and managing order documentation
- Demonstrating punctuality in all tasks
Work Schedule:
Standard hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
