D J Giancola Exports Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for the newly established role of Supply Chain Coordinator, collaborating closely with the Logistics Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to incoming inquiries from suppliers and clients
  • Proficient in managing high volumes of international correspondence
  • Strong familiarity with software applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in transportation and logistics is advantageous
  • Coordinating truck dispatches for equipment pickups
  • Maintaining communication with suppliers and relaying information to clients
  • Creating and managing order documentation
  • Demonstrating punctuality in all tasks

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
