Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop training programs that align with business objectives and meet the needs of our employees.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop content that is engaging, interactive, and effective.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and evaluation results.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in training and development, and apply this knowledge to enhance our training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in training development, with a focus on adult learning and instructional design.
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and training delivery methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Ability to develop training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective.
