- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and evaluation results.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in training and development, and apply this knowledge to enhance our training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in training development, with a focus on adult learning and instructional design.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and training delivery methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Knowledge of learning management systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Ability to develop training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective.
