* Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to meet financial reporting requirements.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures to maintain a high level of financial integrity.
* Support audit activities and provide necessary documentation to ensure a smooth audit process.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements to provide stakeholders with accurate financial information.
* Perform other accounting duties as assigned to support the financial operations team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
