IP&E Sales Director Southeast

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical) sales efforts in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships with suppliers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive revenue growth
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the IP&E industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships
- Strong understanding of the IP&E market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
