Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follows attendance standards and expectations.
- Adheres to hospital policies and procedures, as well as department-specific policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with coworkers, patients, families, physicians, and spiritual care when issues arise regarding patients' rights, end-of-life issues, and advance directives.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with patients, families/significant others, physicians, and coworkers.
- Manages physical resources (supplies and equipment) appropriately, ensuring that adequate supplies and equipment are available and in good working order.
- Assesses, plans, organizes, implements, directs, evaluates, and revises care delivery to individuals and groups of patients in a timely manner, based on the health status, standards of care, age, and developmental level, and language skills of the patients.
- Interprets patient data accurately and utilizes that data independently or in consultation with other health team members to plan and revise care.
- Reports and documents all critical lab values per policy.
- Documents accurately, timely, legibly, and appropriately on the admission data base, medication reconciliation form, 24-hour flow record, IV flow record, and all other documentation forms pertinent to patient care.

Education:
The Registered Nurse will be a graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
