Requirements:

  • Property and Casualty License required or ability to obtain
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
  • Background in Insurance (Property and Casualty) preferred
  • Required to obtain a Property and Casualty license within a designated time
  • Proven ability to convert and close sales opportunities
  • Skillful in overcoming objections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
  • Flexibility to work any assigned shift during business hours
  • Proficient computer skills required
