Job Summary

The Operations Management Trainee is a dynamic role that involves working collaboratively with various teams to gain insights into the business, processes, and strategies. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer interface, proactive customer management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the rental department to ensure maximum utilization without compromising lease customers.
  • Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overheads, ensuring policy and processes are followed to optimize running costs and maintenance overhead.
  • Accountable for coordinating with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One (1) year or more customer service experience with issues resolution preferred.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is between $53,000 and $55,000 per annum, with opportunities for annual bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentive plans based on performance.
