Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide the best possible solutions
- Manage projects from estimate to closeout, including contract negotiation, submittals, procurement, change orders, delivery, and billing
- Coordinate project requirements with customers, including material phasing, pre-installation, installation, delivery, and punch list
- Develop strong relationships with customers through proactive planning and face-to-face visits
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in industry-specific software, including Comsense
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Self-motivated and positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma required
