  • Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI's during construction.
  • Administer applicable agency review analysis (accessibility, zoning, life-safety, etc.).

  • Continue to grow in your knowledge and professional development.

Qualifications

  • A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline.
  • Licensure or a plan for licensure within the first 90 days of employment.
  • 10+ years of related experience showcasing significant work within boutique residential and hospitality sectors.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software with a focus on Revit, Sketchup, and Bluebeam experience as a requirement.
  • Should have good graphic skills and ability to perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies and limited design layouts.
  • Technically strong enough to provide guidance to junior resources on the team.
  • Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainable building performance and research and development.
  • Document project specifications and create reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
  • Experience with construction administration.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a dynamic and creative culture, we provide benefits that include: paid time off, 8 paid holidays, employee health/vision/dental coverage, Safeharbor 401k, bonus pay, technology stipend, and AIA dues reimbursement.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
