Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Working Capital Accountant to join our finance division, reporting directly to the Financial/Working Capital Controller. This position is pivotal in enhancing our cash flow and working capital reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly working capital and cash flow reports, providing insightful commentary.
- Conduct cash flow and working capital forecasts for the monthly re-forecast and budget.
- Drive improvements in the cash flow model for enhanced budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to offer guidance on advanced reporting and modeling techniques.
- Execute weekly and monthly credit management reporting to support the O2C Delivery Lead.
- Work closely with the O2C Delivery Lead to refine debt and collections forecasting accuracy and automate reporting processes.
- Engage with finance teams and the broader business to enhance payment forecasting accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for cash flow improvements through thorough analysis of cash variances and trends.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues to management as necessary.
- Publish financial results in relevant finance systems.
- Tackle ad-hoc problems utilizing business and systems knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proficient understanding of cash flow and working capital reporting processes.
- Solid grasp of Balance Sheets and their drivers.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues clearly.
- Strong relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with TM1 or similar systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated integrity, tact, and diplomacy in professional interactions.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
