We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Lead specializing in the Facets platform for a contract role with one of our esteemed clients.
Position: Quality Assurance Lead (Facets)
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 14+ Months
Engagement Type: W2 Contract
Essential Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Assurance within the Facets Environment
- Proficient in the Facets Application
- Strong command of SQL
- Familiarity with database systems such as Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, or DB2
- Competent in SQL Queries and UNIX
- Experience in Testing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, ensuring alignment with requirements, conducting peer reviews of test suites, and managing defect tracking and resolution for complex application and system implementation projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals.
- Participate in the formulation of test plans for intricate projects.
- Analyze test outcomes and adhere to defect management protocols.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular updates to the Test Lead.
- Oversee all testing activities, identifying project risks and issues, and managing their resolution.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.
- Engage with leadership, analysts, development teams, and business units consistently.
Required Expertise
- Experience in the Health Insurance sector is essential.
- Proven track record in delivering complex enterprise application systems and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Testing and Quality Assurance methodologies.
Educational Background
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
