Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at CareerPaths NW. As a key member of our insurance team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle phone inquiries and manage policy changes for commercial and personal clients.
- Focus on commercial insurance clients, managing certifications, proofs of insurance, and pending cancellations.
- Provide personalized service to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- Respond to client calls promptly, ensuring the phone is answered within three rings.
- Collaborate with the team to divide tasks related to pending cancellations and ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in cross-selling additional services such as umbrella insurance and auto coverage to existing clients.
- Implement personalized campaigns and communications to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in insurance, with a focus on commercial lines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Competent and reliable, with a customer-service-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
