Job Title: Shuttle Driver

At Erin Hills, we are seeking a reliable and friendly Shuttle Driver to transport players and caddies between holes.

Job Summary

The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for operating an 8-passenger shuttle cart, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport players and caddies from the 4th green to the 5th tee in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure a smooth and safe transportation experience, avoiding disruptions to play on the 4th and 5th holes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Erin Hills team to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and guests.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
