Job Summary

As a Shuttle Driver at Erin Hills, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting players and caddies between holes using our 8-passenger shuttle cart. This is a critical role that requires a warm and friendly demeanor, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport players and caddies from the 4th green to the 5th tee, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Avoid disrupting play on the 4th hole and 5th tee while transporting, maintaining a high level of situational awareness and adaptability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
