Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for our Residential Renovations team at Blue Collar Recruiter & Virtual Trade School. This role requires a skilled professional with at least 5-7 years of experience in custom home construction supervision/management roles.

A seasoned leader is needed to oversee and manage residential renovation construction projects from pre-construction stages to completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of residential construction processes, be able to utilize construction/project management software, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Project Management: Oversee project schedules, implement safety and quality standards, review submittals, specifications, and construction drawings, ensure high-quality workmanship, and communicate regularly with clients.
• Site Maintenance: Ensure job sites remain safe, keep them clean, and transport or move materials as needed.
• Supplemental Job Functions: Manage service cases, assist with company events, participate in various initiatives, and provide reports or feedback as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, the ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in custom home construction supervision/management roles.
• Knowledge of major construction systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for residential construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Windows computer and construction/project management software.
• Ability to manage time well and work with numerous subcontractors.
• Self-motivated, excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills.
