As an Electrical Safety Expert, you will be part of our team dedicated to ensuring the safety of our employees, clients, and subcontractors on all phases of electric construction projects.
Job Description**Essential Functions:**
- Perform ongoing site visits to observe and document safety behaviors and work conditions.
- Coordinate with Operations teams to create site-specific safety plans.
- Participate in project kick off and progress meetings.
**Responsibilities:**
- Safety Specialists must be committed to ensuring adherence to safety-related policies, procedures, and regulations while developing positive professional relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to environmental protection or occupational health and safety.
- Coach and mentor project site personnel regarding safety practices and behaviors.
**Qualifications (Level I):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) field roles.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one (1) safety certification is preferred.
**Benefits:
- Salary: $71,000 - $103,200 per year, commensurate with experience.
