Duke Homes, Inc. is a reputable construction company seeking an experienced and driven individual to fill the role of Residential Renovation Project Manager. This position requires a professional with excellent project management skills, extensive knowledge of residential construction processes, and the ability to utilize construction software efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in custom home construction supervision/management roles and be proficient in using Microsoft Windows computer applications, including Word and Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously and working effectively with numerous subcontractors.

Job Summary

• Oversight and management of residential renovation construction projects from pre-construction stages to completion

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish detailed project schedules and ensure they are updated daily
2. Implement safety and quality standards on all projects
3. Review submittals, specifications, and construction drawings for each phase of construction
4. Ensure that performed work matches designs, specs, and other construction documents, and that workmanship is of high quality
5. Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed and obtain necessary decisions
6. Manage project budget throughout, including coding invoices and capturing change order costs
7. Daily coordination with subcontractors and material deliveries
8. Plan and coordinate site logistics
9. Schedule required inspections
10. Identify and resolve project risks or problems
11. Create daily job logs for each project, including pictures
12. Prepare punch lists and follow up to ensure completion

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure job sites remain safe and align with our safety guidelines
• Keep job sites clean, by self-performing the cleaning as necessary
• Transport or move materials as needed

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
