Your role at NTT DATA
As the Indirect Channel Manager (ICM) within the Global Indirect Channels (GIN) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through collaboration with internal NTT Ltd. Region Sales Entity (RSE) teams. Furthermore, you will spearhead the development of the external channel partner ecosystem and revenue streams in your designated geographic area. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Global Indirect Channels, you will serve as the primary liaison for NTT Ltd.'s Regional Sales Entities, external channel partners, and other strategic alliances as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the leading authority on your assigned region for the Global IP Network (GIN) organization.
- Carry a quota for New Incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (NIMRR) bookings and meet assigned activity and funnel benchmarks.
- Drive revenue growth through both internal and external partner channels in your region.
- Cultivate and enhance partner relationships to expand the client base for IP service revenue.
- Oversee the sales process and close opportunities generated by external channel partners for IP Services.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for your region, detailing current KPI achievements and strategies to exceed them.
- Organize events (webinars, lunch and learns, off-site gatherings) to strengthen regional and partner relationships while driving revenue growth.
- Exhibit market expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the operating environment, challenges, and potential opportunities.
- Implement and enforce training, sales enablement initiatives, and globally developed policies and strategies.
- Travel within your assigned geographic region as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in channel management or strategic partnerships.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the Telecom and/or IP sectors.
- Established relationships with Technology Service Directors (TSDs).
- Proficient in customer-facing and partnership roles within the telecom and/or technology industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and demonstrating effective sales skills and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
