  • Proactively identify sales opportunities within the existing client base and provide recommendations for additional services or products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and address any logistical challenges.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is essential.
  • Proven track record in inside sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
