Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to women and newborns, including prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop and implement plans of care.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current Alaska RN license.
- 1 year of experience in OB/L&D.
- ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and PALS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
