Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Aviation and Transportation industry. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and managing budgets and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Aviation and Transportation projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Deltek Vision and Primavera.
  • LEED AP or GA certification, with a strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
