Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IT Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex workflows, developing custom applications, and performing API integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform API integrations within ServiceNow to enhance system functionality.
- Develop and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow schema extensions.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools, including Discovery, Orchestration, and other applications.
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to develop custom applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
