About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapy Supervisor to join our team at Penn State Health. As a key member of our Physical Therapy Services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure excellent patient care and service
  • Develop and implement staffing schedules and day-to-day planning of patient care delivery
  • Treat patients and provide input into the annual budget
  • Develop programs to improve patient care delivery and outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited program
  • 4-6 years of clinical patient care experience
  • Pennsylvania license in Physical Therapy
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
