Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to assess their physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient information and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Texas
  • Minimum nine months of experience as a physical therapist
  • Preferred experience in home health or community settings
