About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RCM Project Manager to join our team at beBright. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle Management team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization by leading and managing key projects and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive revenue cycle strategy that aligns with the beBright platform's goals.
  • Lead multiple RCM projects, including researching and implementing new software solutions, developing and refining standardized operating procedures, and driving continuous process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Establish a comprehensive platform-wide Accounts Receivable reporting structure that ensures compliance with SOPs and supports decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the integration of new acquisitions and systems within the RCM team, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in a dental office setting.
  • Proficiency in dental billing software (e.g., Open Dental) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, coding (CDT), and insurance claims processes for pediatric dentistry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credentials are a plus.
