Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote customer engagement and drive product sales
  • Support enrollment and retention of Unlimited Wash Club members
  • Increase sales growth through higher car counts and revenue per vehicle
  • Manage weekly recruitment processes
  • Oversee training programs across all locations
  • Provide coaching and role-playing to effectively teach successful sales techniques
  • Ensure efficiency, convenience, and customer satisfaction at all sites
  • Maintain site appearance to meet or exceed company standards
  • Monitor daily labor costs and preventative maintenance
  • Adhere to budgetary standards for labor, supplies, utilities, and repairs
  • Consistently enforce company policies

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in multi-unit management
  • 2 years of experience in sales and project management
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel between market locations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or a related field
  • Preferred: Experience in the car wash industry
