Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our ranks as Healthcare Recruitment Specialists.

In this pivotal role, you will engage with medical professionals seeking opportunities in physician or advanced practice fields.

Your responsibilities will encompass identifying new candidates, evaluating and aligning them with suitable medical facility openings, and providing continuous support throughout their recruitment journey.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and attract new healthcare providers through various channels including cold outreach, online postings, job boards, career fairs, referrals, and social media.
2. Review resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
3. Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Address inquiries and concerns from candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Build relationships to comprehend candidates' skills, needs, and personalities.
6. Conduct interviews and match candidates with appropriate roles.
7. Negotiate placement details and terms.
8. Ensure a smooth transition from acceptance of the offer to onboarding.
9. Meet established performance metrics on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:
Skills and Competencies:
- Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including various roles and their qualifications.
- Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple job openings concurrently.
- Strong negotiation skills with a solid grasp of compensation structures in healthcare.
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized and efficient.

Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in sales is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
- Regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly.
