Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Front Line Sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct sales and training meetings to ensure sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and national sales guidelines
  • Maintain excellent customer service and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 2 years management experience, with 2-3 years of experience in the timeshare or vacation club industry, specifically in Sales
  • Start Up experience a plus
  • Customer service and quality fundamentals
  • Thorough understanding of the timeshare industry
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
