We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Treatment Unit Specialist to join our team at Rosecrance Health Network. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients, families, and other treatment team members.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavioral intervention plans to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in addiction treatment and behavioral health.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • 1+ year of experience working in addiction treatment or behavioral health.
