We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Associate for our Austin location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Create personalized interactions with each customer to foster loyalty and community.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Parachute's products and brand ethos.
- Support the organization and cleanliness of the retail space and manage inventory effectively.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Handle returns and exchanges with professionalism.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
In light of health guidelines, adherence to safety protocols, including wearing masks and regular sanitation, is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Availability to work weekends and during peak seasons is essential.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is necessary.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems is advantageous.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude is preferred.
- A passion for home decor and interior design is a plus.
- Punctuality and reliability in reporting to the designated location are expected.
