Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to each guest by creating a welcoming atmosphere, which includes promptly recognizing and greeting guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Effectively communicate and promote menu items, beverages, and special offers to patrons.
  • Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company standards.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary mixers and supplies, and prepare garnishes for drinks.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and presenting checks to guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely service and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Follow safe food handling and hygiene standards diligently.
  • Maintain workplace safety by operating equipment properly and reporting any issues to management.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks as per established procedures.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:


A high school diploma or equivalent; or six months of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.


Essential Skills:


Must meet the minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages; must obtain alcohol awareness certification; possess knowledge of various beverages; demonstrate effective interaction with guests and team members; and focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.


Language Proficiency:


Ability to read and understand simple instructions and communicate effectively in both individual and small group settings with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in understanding the English language, both written and spoken.

Frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning solutions is expected.
