Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • 2+ years of experience in behavioral health nursing, with a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Valid/Current BLS certification.
