About the Position

Dexis seeks an experienced Senior Manager/Government Point of Contact to lead a Department of State (DOS), Office of the Inspector General (OIG) opportunity.

The Blanket Purchase Agreement will provide for the development, collection, analysis, and dissemination of research and evaluation studies determined to be of interest by the OIG.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities
  • Provide overall contractual guidance and liaise with DOS/OIG as primary point of contact.
  • Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure evaluations meet all DOS requirements and serve as overall quality assurance for all evaluations.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction and project leadership.
  • Present findings to DOS decision-makers and policymakers.
  • Support the Partner/Principal Investigator in the successful implementation of contract tasks.
  • Manage project teams and teams of consultants.
  • Monitor progress according to the team work plan and coordinate with internal and external partners and stakeholders as needed.
  • Work with Dexis support units to plan team travel.
  • Provide critical review for quality assurance.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing social science research.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience serving as a manager or higher labor category for inspections and evaluations.
  • Active SECRET clearance, TOP SECRET preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all required areas.
