Job Description

Madera Community Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Services Clinical Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a specific work unit team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals and non-professionals in the Surgical Services Department
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality patient care
  • Anticipate and provide support to meet the needs of the assigned work department and team
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and surgeons

Requirements:

  • Current California Registered Nurse license
  • Current American Heart Association BCLS certification, CPAC certification, and ACLS certification
  • Basic Arrhythmia Course Certificate
  • Minimum four years operating room experience with one year in an operating room management or charge position
  • Leadership experience with strong written and verbal communication and computer skills
