We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Mailroom Clerk to join our team at Managed Staffing. This role will be responsible for handling mailroom tasks, providing reception and hospitality support, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas.
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments in accordance with site guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Manage print production, including troubleshooting and maintaining office printers and copiers.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including kitchens and conference rooms.
- Coordinate with customers across multiple locations and adapt to changing priorities.
- 1-2 years of experience in mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, or print production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
- Basic knowledge of office printers and copiers.
Monday to Friday, availability required from 7am to 7pm. Occasional overtime may be necessary. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
